2022:  This year was a good year! Though my candidates for the National Elections didn’t make it, feeling that something good would happen soon kept me in high spirits, remaining hopeful. The global pandemic has become more controlled this year, slowly resuming everyday lives. Hence, I finally took my licensure in Counseling, and I thank God for having made it! Now I am a Registered Guidance Counselor and applying my therapeutic art during my counseling sessions.

Even with frequent time spent on campaigning and reviewing for my board exams, I allotted at least some of my weekends for painting. I learned new techniques and tried to do mixed media. I realized I painted more flowers and leaves and more bright colors, thrilled with making shapes and lines – indeed, an expression of my joy, challenges, and opportunities that are within me.

God is good!
